Michaud-Cromp expressed his thoughts about this mandate in a LinkedIn post, saying: "So… Ubisoft wants to bring back 5 days in the office… because they ‘believe in collaboration’... but honestly, we’re not naive. We clearly understand why you are enforcing this return to the office." It is these remarks, he claims, that triggered his suspension.
